We use prenty of vegetables like 90-100 kinds in a KUMO course.
Our signeture dish "vegetables with broth" is used 15 kinds of vegetables in a one dish. We hope you to enjoy the difference of texture, taste of each vegetables.

upgrade: eel rice

you can upgrade your seasoned rice into grilled eel rice pot as long as you order the same in one party. (it is available for 2 people or more)
Additional charge: 1320JPY per person.  If you would like order this, please request it when you make a reservation.

★We serve vegetables mainly, but we do not have vegan and halal menu.
 We can prepare vegetable dishes instead of Sashimi or grilled fish, and we do not use pork. However, bonito(fish) broth is an essencial stuff, and also Sake, Soy sauce, and Mirin are indispensable seasonings (included alchole) for our dishes.
