EEL KAISEKI course


Grilled eel is our chef's signature dish. Fresh eel from Kagoshima, Kyusyu, steamed very fluffy and then grilled it fragrantly over charcoal.
High quality Organic rice is from Shin-shinotsu, Hokkaido.
We hope you to enjoy the conbination of delicious rice, freshly grilled eel, and the rich sauce. 
furthermore, the Kaiseki-course does not just include eel, but also includes seasonal dishes as below.
 
 We offer these courses during dinner time and at lumchtime on weekends.

★You can apply the course "HANA-medium" 7350JPY and "TSUKI-large" 10500JPY by booking website, but if you would like to order the other course or conbinate the different courses in one party, please contact us via email to "torayta-sapporo@outlook.jp".

★We are sorry but we do not have vegan and halal menu. 
Bonito(fish) broth is an essencial stuff, and also Sake, Soy sauce, and Mirin are indispensable seasonings (included alchole) for our dishes.
