KAISEKI course


Grilled eel is our chef's signature dish. Fresh eel from Kagoshima or Shizuoka Japan, steamed very fluffy and then grilled it fragrantly over charcoal.
High quality Organic rice is from Shin-shinotsu, Hokkaido.
We hope you to enjoy the conbination of delicious rice, freshly grilled eel, and the rich sauce. 
furthermore, these courses do not just include eel, but also includes seasonal dishes as below.

Bonito(fish) broth is an essencial stuff, and also Sake, Soy sauce, and Mirin are indispensable seasonings (included alchole) for our dishes.
